Originally planted in the early 1980’s The Corners has 13.5 hectares under vine and is situated in the heart of Marlborough's Wairau Plains.
The soil profile is typically Marlborough with silt overlying free draining alluvial stones and gravels. The grapes are organically grown with The Corners achieving full organic certification with BioGro New Zealand from the 2009 vintage .
Trig Hill Vineyard
With development starting in 2003, Trig Hill is now in full production and has 19 hectares undervine. Situated in the Bendigo sub-region of Central Otago the site is north facing but has a variety of slopes and elevations creating a range of micro-climates. The soil profile consists of silt overlying clay, lime and schist fragments. Varieties planted include Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris, Viognier and Tempranillo.
