Made from Chardonnay grapes in the traditional method, the wine was fermented then matured for 10 months before tirage bottling. Matured for another 2½ years in the bottle before the final disgorgement.
An elegant style with a fine bead and classic biscuit aromas derived from yeast autolysis. Concentrated fruit flavours that finish with great length and persistance.
