Rock Ferry Central Otago Viognier
 
 
Hand harvested and whole bunch pressed. Fermented in stainless steel tank and old oak barrels by a mix of cultured and indigenous yeast. Filtered but not fined prior to bottling.
 
 
This wine style exhibits classic spring blossom and apricot aromatics complemented by a generous depth of fruit. The wine finishes with clean mineral acidity derived from the schist and limestone based soils.
