Rock Ferry Marlborough Riesling
 
The grapes for Rock Ferry Marlborough Riesling are hand picked and whole bunch pressed, and the clear juice transferred ex-press direct to barrel. The pressings are processed separately and blended back to the final wine pre-bottling. The wine is fermented in stainless steel barrels (and in some years old oak barrels) by cultured and indigenous yeasts.  The wine is then retained on ferment lees for maturation in barrel.
 
The result is a vibrant Riesling with lime and blossom aromas backed with subtle spice and concentrated palate.  Rock Ferry Marlborough Riesling has a wonderful intensity of citrus fruit balanced by the cleansing mineral acidity.
